Rather than following best- practices he works on change- practices; as his motto is to bring continuous innovation in the fields of R&D, Sourcing Manufacturing ,Quality, Marketing, Distribution, Retail and Business Development in the various categories of make-up, skincare and fragrance. A pure demonstration of astute leadership in managing large teams at diverse geographies by trying to create eco systems that can organically grow after the initial impetus and nurturing. In his professional career he has worked with many renowned beauty multinational companies like Intercos ,LVMH, Estee Lauder, Coty, Ajmal and Unilever. He likes to contribute as a guest speaker in many world-renowned academic institutions like Fashion Institute of Technology-New York, SDA Bocconi-Milan, Beauty Summits, etc. He is also the member of jury for Beauty & You India (incubation ventures for beauty brands). The purpose he instils is to create leaders in the beauty industry who will thrive to make beauty better every day.
