A passion for learning and teaching made Vaishali Shah, a Nutritionist and a business management graduate by qualification, venture in the Beauty Industry. Started as an entrepreneur, managing 6 salons of a most popular salon chain in India, went to open a chain of training institutes in Beauty Cosmetology – LTA School of Beauty. Got herself qualified in CIDESCO beauty therapy, Spa. Upgrading herself periodically to keep up abreast in the beauty world. She is an examiner for CIDESCO and an IQA for VTCT. Became India’s longest serving beauty expert nominated by NSDC to represent India at the WorldSkills since 2013 till date. Elected as Chief expert for WorldSkills Lyon.
Her expertise lies in beauty therapy- skin treatments, Body treatments, eastern therapies. She is a trainer for skill champions as well as for her academy team.
